How is this different from PT, chiropractic, or workouts?
Those approaches treat symptoms or give general exercises. I identify the specific movement pattern your body is using that’s creating the problem. If that pattern doesn’t change, the pain comes back.

How do online sessions actually work?
I watch how you move on camera. That’s enough to see how your body is organizing load, stability, and movement. We test changes live so you can feel the difference immediately.

Do I need equipment?
No gym required. A simple setup is enough:

  • Resistance bands with handles and ankle straps (10–50 lb range works for most people)
  • A lacrosse ball

What kinds of issues do you work with?
Chronic or recurring pain, posture issues, movement limitations, and cases where things improved but didn’t last.

How quickly will I see results?
Most people feel a clear shift in the first session. Lasting change depends on whether the new pattern is reinforced consistently.

What if I’ve already tried everything?
That’s usually why people end up here. If it didn’t last, something was missed.

Is this a good fit for me?
This works best if you’re willing to pay attention to how your body actually moves and make adjustments. If you’re looking for passive treatment or quick fixes, this isn’t it.

Do you offer group sessions?
Yes. Small group training is for maintaining and building on progress. The deeper changes happen in one-on-one sessions.

How do I get started?
Start with a 90-minute assessment. We identify the pattern, test changes, and map out exactly what to do next.
